Command Sgt. Maj. Rulo becomes new 319th SIG Bn CSM

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Command Sgt. Maj. Thomas Rulo, the incoming command sergeant major for the 319th Signal Battalion, Brig. Gen. Michael J. Dougherty, 335th Signal Command (Theater) deputy commanding general, and Command Sgt. Maj. Norman Delise, the outgoing command sergeant major, attended a change of responsibility ceremony at the B.T. Collins U.S. Army Reserve Center, where Lt. Col. Stephanie Lee, 319th Signal Battalion commander, was present to transfer the unit colors February 5, 2023. The 319th Signal Battalion deploys to conduct mission command and provide network planning and engineering support for assigned units to install, operate, maintain, secure and defend the Department of Defense Information Network.
