WASHINGTON, D.C. - Lt. Col. (retired) John L. Dyess receives the Maj. Gen. James Earl Rudder award during the Association of the U.S. Army annual meeting here in Washington D.C. The award is presented to the recipient who as a member of the United States Army Reserve, has contributed most to the advancement of the Association’s goal of a seamless and component-integrated Army. The AUSA Annual Meeting & Exposition features dozens of presentations, panel discussions, workshops and seminars on pertinent military and national security subjects.
