FORT BRAGG, N.C. - Soldiers present roses to Brig. Gen. Robert S. Cooley's wife and daughter during a farewell ceremony at Marshall Hall on Fort Bragg, N.C., Aug. 20. Cooley served as the chief of staff for the United States Army Reserve Command for approximately 18 months.
