84th Training Command welcomes new commanding general

FORT KNOX, Ky. - Maj. Gen. A.C. Roper (center), deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Reserve Command passes the colors to Maj. Gen. Miguel A. Castellanos, the new commander of the 84th Training Command, demonstrating his confidence in the commander's ability to handle the responsibility of command and maintain or better the unit. Command Sgt. Maj. Lawrence G. May (right), command sergeant major of the 84th Training Command stands by to receive the colors signifying trust and confidence in the noncommissioned officer corps and is the command sergeant's major fist act of allegiance to his new commander.
