FORT BLISS, Texas - Lt. Gen Luckey, commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve, engages with 2nd Lt. Denise Williams of the 653rd Regional Support Group who are currently mobilized to Fort Bliss serving as the Fort Bliss Mobilization Brigade. Lt. Gen Luckey met with Senior Leaders and Soldiers of the Brigade to assess the unit’s readiness as they support units, individuals and civilians as they deploy and redeploy from theaters of operations in support of overseas contingency operations.
