Army HRC launches Reserve Personnel Management Directorate

FORT KNOX, KY. - Brig. Gen. Twanda (Tia) Young, Deputy Commanding General, U.S. Army Human Resources Command, addressed a crowd about the activation of the new Reserve Personnel Management Directorate (RPMD) during a town hall for the HRC workforce, held on Fort Knox, Ky., Oct. 2, 2019. Young who will also serve as the director of RPMD, explained how establishing one directorate to manage Army Reserve including Active Guard Reserve (AGR) Soldiers will provide one central point for lifecycle management.
