FORT BRAGG, N.C. - U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. Joshua Smith, 108th Training Command, is served dinner by command sergeant majors representing every command in the United States Army Reserve at the 2019 U.S. Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition at Fort Bragg, N.C. June 25. The dinner was held to thank and show appreciation for this year’s Best Warrior competitors. “This gives a chance to the sergeant majors to talk to their Soldiers and show them the appreciation for them stepping up to do this,” said Command Sgt. Maj. Ted Copeland, Command Sergeant Major of the Army Reserve. “Talk about the inner Warrior. They found it. Everyone has it, but can they get it out, and these Soldiers have done it so we like to come out here and thank them and serve them dinner.” This year’s Best Warrior Competition will determine the top noncommissioned officer and junior enlisted Soldier who will represent the U.S. Army Reserve in the Department of the Army Best Warrior Competition later this year at Fort A.P. Hill, Va. (U.S. Army Reserve photo by Sgt. Aaron Rognstad) (Released)
