Buffalo Grove, Ill. - Army Reserve Lt. Col. Priscilla Van Zanten, Transportation Officer, 85th Support Command, spoke to nearly 200 members of her community during a Veteran’s Day Ceremony in Buffalo Gove, Illinois on Nov. 11, 2017. Van Zanten not only talked about the importance of remembering those who have served and continue to serve, but also the changing path of the Army Reserve. Van Zanten spoke about how the Army Reserve is facing a new model of operational readiness that will build and sustain the most capable, combat-ready, and lethal Federal Reserve force in our nation’s history.
