YAUCO, Puerto Rico - U.S. Army Reserve Spc. Anthony Tosado, talks with Brig. Gen. Dustin Shultz, commanding general, 1st Mission Support Command, during her visit to the job site near Yauco, Puerto Rico, Oct. 7, 2017. Tosado, who is from Lugillo, Puerto Rico, is assigned to the 471st Engineering Company, 448th Engineering Battalion, 210th Regional Support Group, based out of Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, tasked with the clearing of local road 128 and 372, near Yauco, Puerto Rico. The vast majority of the U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to Puerto Rico are natives to the island.
