Kenya Walker, assigned to the 302d Inland Cargo Transportation Company, demonstrates how to properly perform the standing long jump during the Army Reserve 109th Birthday Celebration on Joint Base-Langley, Virginia 21 April 2017.  The standing long jump is one of four battery exercises on the Occupational Physical Assessment Test (OPAT) used to assess an individual's physical capabilities to engage demanding Army tasks.
