KILLEEN, Texas - U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. Jackson Marsch, a combat medic with the Columbia, Mo., based 7406th Troop Medical Clinic, applies electrode pads of an electrocardiogram machine to test a patient at TMC 14 in North Fort Hood, Texas, Jan. 13, 2026. In addition to providing medical and dental readiness validation and post-deployment services in support of the Fort Hood Mobilization Force Generation Installation, or MFGI, platform; Soldiers of the 7406th TMC also perform supplementary care and triage for service members and civilians going in and out of Fort Hood.
