FORT BLISS, Texas - U.S. Army Reserve Maj. Alyssa Stefl, an audiologist and individual augmentee to the El Paso, Texas-based 7413th Troop Medical Clinic, examines the ear canal of a Soldier as part of his pre-deployment health examination at the Vogel Hall Soldier Readiness and Processing Center in Fort Bliss, Texas, Jan. 15, 2026.
