FORT HUNTER-LIGGETT, Calif. - Army Reserve Sgt. Vashti Salomon-West, a medical Soldier assigned to the San Antonio-based Medical Support Unit, receives a bandage for her simulated head wound from a medical Soldier with the Fort Sheridan, Ill., based 801st Field Hospital during Exercise Global Medic and Mojave Falcon 2025 in Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., from May 28, 2025, through June 11, 2025. More than 1,000 Army Reserve Soldiers from myriad units directly participated in, and provided training and real-world medical support for, the combined training exercises to maintain readiness for large-scale combat operations.
