TAMPA, Fla. - Army Reserve Chief Warrant Officer 4 Terrance L. Coleman Jr., the command chief warrant officer of the Pinellas Park, Fla., based Army Reserve Medical Command, congratulates Javier Council-Griffin, an Army recruit from Brandon, Fla., on his recent enlistment into the U.S. Army as a cyber operations specialist after the completion of Council-Griffin's oath of enlistment at the Tampa Recruiting Battalion headquarters in Tampa, Fla., March 21, 2025. Council-Griffin said Coleman is a friend of the family, and Coleman said he was able to motivate Council-Griffin to enlist through a remote enlistment program to serve as a recruitment ambassador to assist civilians and local recruiters in the overall recruiting process.
