‘Warrior Medics,’ ‘Desert Medics’ complete inaugural combined Best Squad Completion 2025

FORT McCOY, Wis. - Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Jennifer Phillips, a medical logistics specialist with the Madison, Wis. based 7302nd Medical Training Support Battalion, goes over an obstacle at the confidence course during the course during the Best Squad Competition 2025 led by the Pinellas Park, Fla. based Army Reserve Medical Command and co-hosted by the Gillem Enclave, Ga. based 3rd Theater Medical Command, in Fort McCoy, Wis., from March 24, 2025, through March 30, 2025. Phillips said this event marks the third time she has participated in the Best Warrior and Best Squad Competitions, taking part in both the inaugural U.S. Army Reserve-level Best Warrior and Best Squad Competition 2021 and the AR-MEDCOM BWC in 2024.
