BELCOURT, N.D. - U.S. Army Reserve Spc. Daniel Kuehl, a dental specialist assigned to the 7417th Troop Medical Clinic, 7250th Medical Support Unit out of Alexandria, Va., receives notional medical care while in his role player persona during a mass casualty incident exercise conducted in Belcourt, N.D., July 18.
