BELCOURT, N.D. - U.S. Army Reserve Capt. Teresa Watson, a perioperative nurse assigned to the 7457th Medical Operational Readiness Unit out of Richmond, Va., receives fire suppressive spray from a Belcourt Rural Fire Department firefighter during a mass casualty incident exercise conducted in Belcourt, N.D., July 18. Soldiers of the 7457th MORU, as well as the 7361st Veterinary Detachment out of Richmond, Va., and the 7250th Medical Support Unit and 7417th Troop Medical Clinic, both out of Alexandria, Va., took part in the MASCAL training event as evaluators and role players as part as a collaboration between Army Reserve Medical Command and local and state agencies for emergency preparedness and collaborative response measures.
