BELCOURT, N.D. - A firefighter with the Belcourt Rural Fire Department attaches a spray nozzle onto a fire hose during a mass casualty incident exercise conducted in Belcourt, N.D., July 18. Army Reserve Medical Command-based units that provided medical services and support during Innovative Readiness Training - Operation Walking Shield for the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation here also performed as both role players and evaluators for the fire department, along with other local and state agencies, to assess their emergency preparedness and coordinative response.
