BELCOURT, N.D. - U.S. Army Reserve Capt. Teresa Watson, a perioperative nurse assigned to the 7457th Medical Operational Readiness Unit out of Richmond, Va., feigns illness from a simulated chemical spill during a mass casualty incident exercise conducted in Belcourt, N.D., July 18. The 7457th MORU, along with Soldiers from the 7361st Veterinary Detachment out of Richmond, Va., and the 7250th Medical Support Unit and 7417th Troop Medical Clinic, both out of Alexandria, Va., participated as role players and evaluators during the MASCAL training event to test the emergency preparedness and coordinative response of local and state agencies.
