BELCOURT, N.D. - U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. Gabrielraphael Davis, an animal care specialist assigned to the 7361st Veterinary Detachment out of Richmond, Va., holds a puppy after its immunization during Innovative Readiness Training - Operation Walking Shield at a makeshift veterinary clinic in Dunseith, N.D., July 17. The 7361st VD conducted approximately 15 to 30 surgeries a day on pets and stray animals, as well as numerous vaccinations and other veterinary services in the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation.
