FORT LIBERTY, N.C. - Spc. Fraizer Reiland of the 805th Military Police Company, 60th Troop Command, North Carolina National Guard, conducts his vision screening as a part of his physical health assessment provided by Operation Reserve Care in Fort Liberty, N.C., Nov. 4, 2023.
