STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - Maj. Gen. W. Scott Lynn, commander of Army Reserve Medical Command gives his remarks about the incoming and outgoing commanders as well as the Northeast Medical Area Readiness Group unit during their change of command ceremony. Command of the NEMARSG, headquartered in Staten Island, New York, switched between outgoing commander, Col. Thomas McMahan, and incoming commander, Col. Craig McFarland in a ceremony reviewed by Lynn Sept. 24, 2022 at the Fort Wadsworth Battery Weed National Historic Site.
