FORT McCOY, Wis. - Lt. Col. Kurt Ochsenknecht, a certified registered nurse anesthetist from the 311th Medical Detachment (Surgical), gives directions to his Soldiers while unfolding a field hospital tent for set up during Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) and Global Medic at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Aug. 10, 2021. Experienced senior leaders passed on their knowledge to junior leaders who then trained other Soldiers. The 78th Training Division, in charge of this rotation of CSTX, designed the exercise to be an observer, coach, trainer opportunity for the medical and support units participating in the exercise.
