FORT McCOY, Wis. - Medics with the Army Reserve's 399th Combat Support Hospital treat patients during a simulated mass casualty exercise as observer coach/ trainers give guidance during Regional Medic at Fort McCoy, Wis., July 18, 2021. Approximately 200 personnel assigned to support the Army Reserve's Medical Readiness and Training Command are serving as OC/Ts and support staff to execute Regional Medic at Fort McCoy for a training audience of approximately 2,400 Active, Guard and Reserve forces.
