FORT McCOY, Wis. - Soldiers attached to the Army Reserve's 399th Combat Supporet Field Hospital form a litter team and wait for incoming wounded patients during a simulated mass casualty exercise at Regional Medic at Fort McCoy, Wis., July 18, 2021. The Medical Readiness and Training Command executes Regional Medic as part of the Army Reserve Medical Command's larger mission to provide trained, equipped, and combat ready units and medical personnel which are ready now to support the total force on the battlefields of today and tomorrow.
