FORT McCOY, Wis. - Combat medics attached to the Army Reserve's 399th Combat Support Field Hospital assist a lrole player with an arm injury as part of a simulated mass casualty exercise during Regional Medic at Fort McCoy, Wis., July 18, 2021. Regional Medic is part of WAREX 86-21-03, a Combat Support Training Exercise that ensures Army Reserve units and Soldiers are trained and ready to deploy and bring capable, combat-ready, and ready-now units in support of the Army and our joint partners anywhere in the world.
