JOLON, Calif. - Army Reserve Medical Readiness Training Command observer coach / trainers collect observations in order to ensure training units are following standard operating procedures and know how to execute their mission essential tasks during exercise Global Medic at Fort Hunter Liggett in June 2021. The data is entered into the Joint Lessons Learned Information System to allow analyst teams to report trends across units and exercises are reported, ultimately, affecting senior leaders manning and material decisions.
