CAMP BULLIS, Fla. - Sgt. Justin P. Kelleher, a Human Resources Non-Commissioned Officer from the Army Reserve’s 2nd Medical Training Battalion, simulates the treatment of a burn victim during the Medical Readiness and Training Command’s Best Warrior Competition held Feb. 22-27, 2021 at Camp Bullis, Texas. Kelleher, from Salt Lake City, Utah, was one of 10 Soldiers who competed for the title during the 6-day competition.
