FORT BLISS, Texas - Capt. Mike Poucher (left) from Terry, Montana, Commander of Detachment 2, of the U.S. Army Reserve's 7407th Troop Medical Clinic, and Staff Sgt. Poucher and Buchholtz are two of 35 Army Reserve Medical Command Soldiers from the 7407th Troop Medical Clinic that have mobilized to support COVID-19 isolation and quarantine missions in Texas and New Mexico.
