Army Reserve physician assistant from Alabama returns from federal COVID response mission

DAPHNE, Ala. - U.S. Army Reserve 1st Lt. Marcelo Novaes Gerjoi, a physician assistant from Daphne, Alabama, captures a photo with his son Mason. Gerjoi mobilized in July with an Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force to support DHR Health in Edinburg, Texas as part of the Department of Defense support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s COVID-19 response.
