HARLINGEN, Texas - Maj. Vivien Redeye, an Army Reserve physician from Irving, New York at Harlingen Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas. Redeye mobilized with Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force-7458 in late July to augment the hospital as part of the Department of Defense assistance to the Federal Emergency Management Agency response to the COVID-19 pandemic
