HARLINGEN, Texas - Maj. Vivien Redeye, an Army Reserve physician from Irving, New York pauses for a photo in Harlingen, Texas in late August. Redeye mobilized with Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force-7458 in late July to assist Harlingen Medical Center as part of the Department of Defense assistance to the Federal Emergency Management Agency in support of the whole-of-America COVID-19 response.
