HARLINGEN, Texas - Maj. Vivian Redeye with her daughters Noelle (left) and Alison. An Army Reserve physician from Irving, New York, Redeye mobilized with Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force -7458 to provide support to Harlingen Medical Center in South Texas as part of the Department of Defense assistance to the Federal Emergency Management Agency response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
