NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Army Reserve Soldiers with the Army Reserve Medical Command's 7458th Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force left Nashville, Tenn., for San Antonio, Texas, to receive their mission assignments as part of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) support to the FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency response to COVID-19. The 7458th UAMTF is composed of 85 skilled medical professionals from around the nation that are prepared to assist Americans most in need.
