EDISON, N.J. - U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Wayne McCaughey, New Jersey National Guard Director of Joint Staff and Dual Status Commander, gives a farewell speech to the Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force 452-1, in Edison, N.J. May 13, 2020. The UAMTF 452-1 transferred its responsibility of the Field Medical Station in Edison to the Department of Health.
