RICHMOND, Va. - Capt. Andre Sapp, a 65D, physician assistant of the Army Reserve Medical Command’s 7457th Medical Backfill Battalion, practices intubation technique during medical training in Richmond, Va., May 4, 2020. Sapp is one of 85 Soldiers that form an Army Reserve Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force ready to assist with patient care in areas heavily-affected by the COVID-19 virus. The Army Reserve has nearly 3,000 Soldiers supporting the Department of Defense response to the virus.
