ARMY RESERVE MEDICAL COMMAND

1st Lt. Mario Mendez, the officer in charge of the Salute Battery, 1st Battalion, 10th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division, presents the last shell fired to Maj. Gen. Bryan R. Kelly, the outgoing commanding general of the Army Reserve Medical Command, during a change of command ceremony held Sept. 26, 2015 at the C.W. Bill Young Armed Forces Reserve Center in Pinellas Park, Fla. Kelly is retiring, after 26 years of military service, and plans to spend more time with his family and continue his civilian career as a clinical psychologist near his hometown of East Sandwich, Mass.
