CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - Army Reserve Maj. Gen. Miguel A. Castellanos, the commanding general of the 84th Training Command is briefed by soldiers about the Quartermaster Liquid Logistics Exercise (QLLEX) at Camp Pendleton, California, June 21. QLLEX is the U.S. Army Reserve’s premier readiness exercise for fuel and water distribution.
