U.S. Army Soldiers from the 441st Medical Company respond to assist causalities at the site of a (simulated) helicopter crash on May 9th, 2016 at Ft. Hunter Liggett, Calif. The level of realism was increased by using live role players with simulated injuries to simulate "real world" casualities.
