CAMP PARKS, Calif. - U.S. Army Reserve Drill Sergeants and candidates assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 415th Regiment, 98th Training Division (IET), participate in tactical lanes and physical obstacles during Operation Iron Spur at Camp Parks, California, June 5, 2026. Operation Iron Spur is a grueling 48-hour crucible that tests mental fortitude, cognitive dominance, and tactical lethality under extreme exhaustion. This event marks the historic final Spur Ride for the "Old Faithful" Regiment, bridging its World War II combat lineage with its modern mission to build combat-ready formations.
