Psychological Operations -- Lessons Learned

FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. - Spc. David Anderson and his team are confronted by the aunt of a young girl killed by a Humvee in a psychological operations training scenario at Fort Hunter Liggett, California, June 2019. Role players challenged the PSYOP students with realistic emotions and confrontations to test their ability to build trust and keep the peace. The 80th Training Command (TASS) conducts a monthlong PSYOP course for Soldiers and Marines reclassifying their military occupational specialties.
