Ericka Tew, with the 83rd Army Reserve Readiness Training Center, 100th Training Division-Leader Development, teaches a class at the 80th Training Command (TASS) Instructor of the Year Competition at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Tew won the Noncommissioned Officer 80th TC IOY award, then moved on to win the U.S. Army Reserve IOY and most recently the Reserve category of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command IOY for 2020.
