Rosalind Fennell of the 13th Battalion, Army Reserve Careers Division in Salt Lake City, Utah competed in the 364th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) and 7th Bn., ARCD’s second annual German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge event to lead by example and inspire Soldiers to do more.
