Nicknamed "The Microwave," by Marines, Soldiers compete in a 10-kilometer ruck march with a 35-pound pack through the hills, Camp Pendleton, Calif., March 19, 2016, as part of the Best Warrior Competition hosted by the 311th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary). 6,400 Army Reserve Soldiers from throughout Arizona, California, and Nevada are part of the 311th ESC which provides deployed logistics command, control, and operational sustainment support.
