FORT RILEY, Kan. - Army Reserve Spc. Christopher Lowe, a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) specialist and native of Greenwood, South Carolina, assigned to the 371st Chemical Company, 457th Chemical Battalion, 415th Chemical Brigade, 76th Operational Response Command puts a spring into the back of a M2 .50 caliber machine-gun during a gunnery skills test as part of Operation Gauntlet at Fort Riley, Kansas April 3. More than 450 Army Reserve Soldiers from around the country are participating in the three-week gunnery exercise to hone crucial gunnery skills and increase battlefield lethality.
