CINCU, Romania - (L-R) Maj. Ionut Popescu, Maj. Joshua Standridge, a citizen of Cincu, Mayor Sorin Suciu, and Cpl. Stanciu and Cpl. Barbu stand in front of a grader used to make repairs to the Cincu primary school’s soccer field. The Soldiers are at Joint National Training Center as part of Resolute Castle 17, a joint operation of the 926th Engineer Brigade, 59th Troop Command, and Romanian 10th Engineer Brigade, which develops relationships within the NATO alliance and builds training infrastructure in Romania.
