Spc. Jose Santiago with the 471st Engineer Company (Vertical), 448th Eng. Battalion, an Army Reserve unit based out of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, cuts through a 4x4 support beam that will be used to shore up decks surrounding the bathrooms and showers at Price Barracks, Belize, March 20, 2017. Soldiers from the 471st spent 20 days building the living and operations areas for personnel supporting Beyond the Horizon 2017, a partnership exercise between U.S. Army South and the Belize government that will consist of various medical events and construction projects throughout Belize.
