Chrustowski, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 841st Engineer Battalion. Villasmil was recognized for his skill in operating a front-end loader (pictured in the background) in a safe and efficient manner allowing the unit to maintain full dump trucks and maximize progress on the construction sites.
