SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Lt. Col. David Hatch, an Army Reserve nurse anesthetist from Happy Valley, Ore., has his temperature checked by Sgt. Laura Ontiveros, a Soldier assigned to the 4th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), upon arrival at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, July 28, 2020. Hatch is assigned to support Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force-7452, which is supporting DHR Health in Edinburg, Texas. The unit is part of the Department of Defense support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency response to COVID-19. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to states in need as well as the Federal Emergency Management Agency in support of the whole-of-nation COVID-19 response.
