Army Reserve medical Soldiers prepare for mobilization

Richmond, Va. - Soldiers from the Army Reserve Medical Command's 7457th Medical Backfill Battalion participate in a reenlistment ceremony April 17, 2020, at the 1st Lt. Jimmie Monteith U.S. Army Reserve Center in in Richmond, Va. The Soldiers are preparing to mobilize as part of an Army Reserve Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force to assist with patient care in areas heavily-affected by the COVID-19 virus. The Army Reserve has more nearly 3,000 Soldiers supporting the Department of Defense response to the virus.
